Hedges need cutting back
Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 07:57, Sat 29 June 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1678154.
The hedges have overgrown so much that pedestrians are having to go on the road. Anyone with a buggy or wheelchair can't use the footpath. The path has been like it for some time and is a popular route for walkers and runners. This is a busy road with people driving at speed where runners/pedestrians are having to go on to the road.

Worst section has been materially dealt with last week following the end of birds nesting restrictions we will be carrying out works on the wider length of this footway in the next two weeks from the A428 to Long Buckby we will then look at the possibility of removing the overgrown turf from the footway in general.
