Gate open and unlocked at time of inspection. New fingerpost to be installed.

Keeping the gate unlocked will temporarily solve the problem, but the gate-way is not actually the right of way, which is behind the fence on the right (looking from the road). Also, will the gate still be unlocked at weekends? - it was chained and locked on the Saturday when I encountered the problem.

I walked this path again on Saturday 28th September. The contractors fences have gone, but the gate is still locked, the fingerpost is still missing, and the correct line of the footpath is inaccessible. There are other problems in 2 places on this path, which I will place on a separate report.
