Road Marking on Bus stops

Within Spinney Hill Road the bus stops have no double yellow lines so the buses are often unable to stop at the stop and have to stop further along. Car are parked in the bus stop as there is a co-op near by and use it as a quick stop off outside the store. I have been informed a elderly lady had fallen while getting of the bus a little while ago and had to spend some time in hospital as the bus had to stop further along the road and the gap from the bus and curb of the road was much deeper.
