Why is it still impeding the pathway more than 30 days later? Please can it be sorted as I can’t use the path

The 30 days have passed on this matter and the tree remains as such. It is potentially a hazard and also a nuisance as you can’t walk upright under the tree

Please can you take action on the tree that is impeding motorised scooters, parents with buggies using the path?

I keep getting random empty Alerts to my email in regards to the tree that remains impeding a footpath but no written confirmation of action to resolve matter since letter was sent. What does investigating mean please ?
