We are now in October and this footpath is also a bridleway and totally impassable on horseback. Nothing has been done to clear this important and well used right of way. The field edges are being used but the farmer will not be happy about this when he plants his new crop. Please can you take action at your very earliest opportunity to get this bridleway /footpath cleared Thankyou. A local rider.
