Thank you for your enquiry. The site has been visited and an inspection has identified that the vegetation is privately owned. A letter has been sent to the owner/occupier requesting that the vegetation is cut back within 30 days. A re-visit will then be undertaken in 30 days to ensure this work has been carried out. If the owner fails to satisfactory complete this work then it will be passed to the Regulations team to start enforcement proceedings.

This should be treated as a priority it is the only access to the village and with no street lighting residents of Quarry Close are forced to walk into the road. Also wheelchair users or anyone with a pram or pushchair can not use the pavement. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.

This is still impossible to walk past on the pavement especially when wet as you get soaked. A few sprigs were cut off and not swept up. It really does need cutting back properly.

This site does not work as you seem to do nothing to resolve these very serious problems for residents. The gutters also need clearing full of mud & weeds making a large puddle on the corner of Manitoba way.
