Badly rutted/churned up grass verge (this has been done by various residents /visitors to catchpole close )

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 4 minutes later. ref: 1689988.

This grass verge at the bottom right hand corner of Catchpole close, has been re-seeded, and due to residents/Visitors consistently parking on it, churning it up/mangling it up it once again needs re-seeding/maintaining again it has been reported to us at Cbc but I think Ncc is responsible for the repair of this verge ?
