Gravel on path and in the gutter
Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 15:15, Tue 9 July 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 5 minutes later. ref: 1690215.
Outside No. 11 St Johns Avenue there is a large amount of gravel on the path and in the gutter. It is hazardous to walk on and most of the neighbours walk in the road to avoid it. Today I forgot and walked on it and slipped and twisted my knee. It has been like it for 2 years. I think there may be some-one in the household who is disabled but as there is often 2 cars parked on the drive I would think there is some-one who is able bodied enough to sweep it up. I do not want to approach them directly as I do not know who lives there and not sure of the response.
