Overgrown vegetation on pavement and kerbside
Reported in the Weeds category anonymously at 11:28, Fri 12 July 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1693974.
The path leading from the junction at Saint Marys church along past the school boat house and to the corner of Fotheringhay road. The path is covered in waist high weeds, self-set trees (now breaking the pavement and causing further obstacles), debris and generally overgrown and unsightly. This path was always kept clean and free of weeds, it's been in a state for the last 2 years. It's now nearly impossible to negotiate with a wheelchair, pushchair, dog, on foot etc. You must always step into the road and oncoming/approaching traffic to avoid the overgrown path and broken up surface.
Thank you for reporting a fault on the highway. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.
