The problem is the first three sets of speed bumps going down the hill by which I mean 9 in total.

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1696744.

The problem is the first three sets of speed bumps so 9 in total. At the top of little billing way heading down fishponds road. Awhile ago the road here was resurfaced with tarmac down to the bridge on fishponds road however, when the road was resurfaced they didn't fill in the parts between the speed bumps so when driving, vehicles thump in to the gaps between the humps because of the different road levels. This is causing the undercarriage of vehicles to hit the speed bumps. The road was done when work started on the development of the old Tandy site. For some reason the speed bumps at the bottom of fishponds road by the bridge over the stream were replaced to a high standard but the sets in question weren't which was odd ? Just to have the gaps filled between the humps would be really helpful. Also some of the humps themselves are beginning to break up again. Thanks

  • I can see now some corners of the bumps have been marked out with yellow paint, hope the gaps between the bumps marked out in red are sorted as well, you can see the surface is different from the rest of the road. These areas need bringing level with the rest of the road.
