Number 45 Malcolm drive,I have asked him to cut them back about six times and even said I would help him, even his wife has told him to cut them back, he just will not do it, children and parents walk this way to the local school, and theres a blind man walks this way using a long white stick, and they have grown up into the BT lines above.
