The surface of the path/cycle way is not fit for purpose. There are numerous issues with the path/cycle way such as: portholes, broken surface, overgrown with vegetation, loose aggregate. In its present condition it is dangerous to use. From the condition I would estimate that the problems have been accumulating for sometime now.
