Oak tree interfering with footway light

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 1705764.
Branches of Oak tree outside 8 Sandringham Road, King's Sutton are touching the footway light No. 2. Please would you cut back the branches so they are clear of the light, also so they do not overhang the footway. The Parish Council mows the highway verge on behalf of NCC but is not responsible for the tree. The Parish Council is responsible for the footway lighting in King's Sutton.

Thank you for your enquiry. A works ticket will be issued, these works will be undertaken within the next 6 months. On most occasions we are undertaking the works sooner. (Average time currently 6 - 8 weeks).
