Hedges not being maintained and cut back causiug a hassle with overhanging branches and trees And is a safety risk These are in both alleyways from Bolton close both sides

I Saw last weekend some people but down the overhang and simply dropped on the pavement not very good for dogs feet when walking Perhaps the vets cost to remove thowns from the paws can be paid by the inconsiderate residents not to start on the rubbish I pick up daily and take home to put in the bin
