Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 12:37, Sunday 28 July 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 4 minutes later. ref: 1710978.

Footpath width reduced by overhanging lavender causes a problem for wheelchair users, pushchair / parent walking children, dogwalkers has been persistent problem for a couple of years local parish council have some success but never until nearer the winter when the owners cut it back but never enough to avoid the problem recurring the following year. The lavender is beautiful but the bees and wasps think so too and to be honest its a worry, there is no footpath on the opposite side of the road to use either.
