Footpath width reduced by overhanging lavender causes a problem for wheelchair users, pushchair / parent walking children, dogwalkers has been persistent problem for a couple of years local parish council have some success but never until nearer the winter when the owners cut it back but never enough to avoid the problem recurring the following year. The lavender is beautiful but the bees and wasps think so too and to be honest its a worry, there is no footpath on the opposite side of the road to use either.

As you can see this footpath is being mostly blocked and when cars are parked, people often need to walk in the road to get round the obstruction so this is a health & safety concern
