Bus stop signs on road missin

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1712170.

We now have 2 regular bus services in the village using the Deanshanger Road and vehicles are parking in front of bus stops as there are no road markings. Buses are having to stop in the middle of the road which is dangerous for passengers getting on and off and holds up traffic.

  • I have not received any update to this problem since 1st August. The road markings are really important as on week days there are up to 10 different buses using the Deanshanger Road bus stops near the junction with the London Road and cars continue to park in the area of the bus stop. Marking up these areas correctly would alleviate the problem.
