Hedge obstructing path and restricting view of traffic at Castleton Road/Arthingworth Road junction

Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 17:18, Mon 29 July 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1712598.

The hedge of 2 Castleton Road is overgrown and restricts the pathway on Arthingworth Road, particularly for dog walkers and wheelchair users. It also restricts the view of cars and other vehicles when turning out into Arthingworth Road. The view to the left at the junction is only fully visible when you have pulled partially out into the road. This has been an increasing problem for several months. The garden side of the hedge has been cut, but not the outside.
