Traffic lights no longer change upon demand.

Reported in the Request Timing Review category anonymously at 00:15, Tue 30 July 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1712923.

I've noticed recently that the traffic lights on Mereway Tesco roundabout no longer change upon demand at off peak times, particularly post 10pm. It's now normal to just sit and wait for a couple of minutes watching no cars coming past and add extra journey time and unnecessary pollution to the area. The cars waiting outbound from Towcester Road on the roundabout are often fouling cars travelling into Mereway. Can you put them back to how they were, please?
