Encroachment of Highway Verge by Newly Planted Hedge
Reported in the Restricted Visibility category anonymously at 12:49, Tue 30 July 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 2 minutes later. ref: 1713599.
A hedge has been established in the highway along a stretch of the West Haddon Road before it meets the A428. It has been planted close enough to the road that it will not be long before it created an obstruction issue. The hedge was planted within the highway verge several years ago and is beyond an internal fence to the adjoining field. This appears unlawful and I would be grateful if you could investigate this potential encroachment.
