Who's kidding who? Gulley clearing lorry and operatives were in Scrivens Hill last night. Worked on only 1 gulley on the clean side of the road. The main problems are on the houses side of the road. The main problem (and reported issue at #17) was completely ignored. One gulley out of at least 6 was inspected (I watched). Not good enough. Needs more management and supervision.
