Overgrown trees - hitting pedestrians in the face

Trees in the back garden of 11 Orwell Close, Wellingborough overhang onto the footpath in Wentworth Avenue (near house no.91) and are now hitting pedestrians in the face when they walk past. Need to be trimmed back. Someone did approach the homeowner after getting hurt but was given abuse.
