Entire drain has been filled with soil from neighbouring construction site.
Reported in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 17:18, Sat 3 August 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 2 minutes later. ref: 1718803.
Construction vehicles continue to bring soil from site. Despite claims of wheel washing and street cleaning, no wheel washing takes place. Current cleaning regime flushes into drains, blocking them, or smears mud across road rather than washing it away.
Drain was only recently cleared in last few weeks, now entirely filled.
Site manager and owner claim it's not their responsibility.
