  • thank you for your enquiry the site has been visited and currently the defects doesn't meet ncc investigatory levels and will continue to monitor

  • Customer has phoned today to request an update - Mrs O'Neil is unhappy with the outcome and has asked Highways to come and re-visit the pothole. Due to the size she has had damage to the car (broken spring and two new tyres).
