Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 3 minutes later. ref: 1724391.
This tree is far too big for it's trunk. Could be dangerous in wind. Lop sided towards south side. Drops huge amount of fruit is overhanging property. Needs managing. Tree surgeon.

The defect identified is the responsibility of Kettering Borough Council who are responsible for routine maintenance of highway trees within the borough there were no safety related defects noted on inspection.
