3 large trees that are 3 foot from boundary fence which are overhanging the garden have overgrown so large that they are blocking out all natural light from entering the side of the property meaning residents have to leave the lights on all the time. It is also causing a large amount of leaves and debris to fall into garden. There is also a large branch of one of these trees that has fallen out into the road covering one side of the road.
