As a resident, I would just like to provide some reasons why I believe these two large trees should be removed altogether: -
1. The area has become very dark due to the size of the trees. They block out light for local residents, pedestrians, road users, and anything growing underneath.
2. The trees are inconvenient to road-users, both to high vehicles passing by (which cannot avoid hitting the branches), and to those that park underneath (whose cars are affected by the debris that falls down).
3. The trees are affecting the wires that are carried by the telegraph poles. I imagine they were never intended to be allowed to grow so high, but the wires that thread through them, and the telephone/internet service that they provide, are often negatively affected.
4. Finally, and most importantly, the trees are dangerous. Fortunately the recent branch that has fallen into the road did not cause any damage either to a vehicle or to a person, but it clearly could have done, and it is not the first time a branch from one of these trees has fallen into the road. Whilst Church Road could not be described as busy, either for cars or pedestrians, the specific vicinity is considerably populated in the mornings and afternoons when parents of the primary school are delivered and collected from school.

The issue is the pavement outside of 29a & 29b on Warwick road their has been lots of building work done across the pavement and repaired very badly which resulted in me tripping over so something needs to be done as that was in the daylight
