Speed bumps or other traffic calming request

Hello,
I am writing to enquire whether it would be possible for the council to install speed bumps or other traffic calming measures along Prince Rupert Avenue in Desborough? I ask because although the road is a 20mph zone we frequently see vehicles speeding past our house doing more than three times this speed.
My concern is that we have a young daughter who is a toddler so doesn't yet have any concept of road safety and although we're very careful when outside the house she can now outrun my wife who has mobility problems due to spina bifida so I fear that should my daughter get onto the road, speeding drivers would not be able to react quickly enough to avoid an accident.
Kind regards,
Carl Wyatt.
