Overgrown grass and vegetation

If you need to turn right onto Holme Cross Road form Lumbertubs Way, the overgrown grass on the central reservation removes all visibility of any oncoming cars, & it is only a matter of time before soemeone is killed, or seriously injured. The view of the outside southbound lane is particularly poor. This picture, taken from my dashcam, which is at a greater height than my eyes, shows what you can see: -

  • Thank you for your enquiry. The upgrowth along the A43/ Lumbertubs Way is on our annual mowing programme. This work is scheduled to be completed within the next 2 months.
