Road surface water drain blocked outside our property.
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 1732314.
During the last two downpours our rear drains have backed up and flooded our rear patio. I have contacted Anglian Water who are coming to inspect our drainage but they told me to contact you regarding the road’s blocked drains as they may be causing the water backup. There is soil to the top of the drain and no water can enter. This is true of several drains near our property.

Works instructed to clear blocked gullies and will be undertaken within 26 weeks.

This work has still not been undertaken and 26 week period is up. What is happening? Drains are still badly blocked and water is constantly running down the Highway
