Lorry mounting pavement caused damage to property

Corner of The Green and High St. Culworth. Lorries and other vehicles mounting pavements to pass parked vehicles and not obeying speed limits. Lorry has caused damage to listed property The Old Bake House whilst mounting the flat pavement to pass through. Customer's property has downpipe damaged by vehicle.
