Speaking to the resident who lives there he believes nothing has been touched as the weeds are still in situ! Unfortunately, until we get some heavy rain it will not be evident.

Still open, via questionnaire -
I've lifted 1 drain cover and retrieved a couple of balls. I tried to clear the blockage myself with drain rods but couldn't shift it. No water can get through it. This just needs to be looked at by the people with the right kit to do the job.

This is still not fixed, it is no better after 3 visits from DrainLine. If anything they've made it worse by clearing it further up and letting more rain water come down.

Picture as of this morning, 14th November. Drain in adjacent Dukelands seems to be taking run off from the right hand flood but the left is just getting bigger.
