Silverdale Road footpath between where Debdale Road and Collingdale Road, that is by a privet hedge is severely damaged

The footpath is frequently parked on the footpath on Silverdale Road between the stretch of Debdale Road and Collingdale Road (by the Muslim Community Centre that is behind a privet hedge) has caused the slabs on the Silverdale Road pavement between these two intersections of road to broken up into chunks. This has caused an elderly woman (84 years old) to trip and fall over the broken slabs and be hospitalised who now house bound as a result.
