Impassable footpath in the plantation close to Stanion village just over the river close to Stanion on the Stanion to Brigstock pathway. Due to overgrowth of vegetation which happens each year, the footpath is impassable and requires chopping down as a matter of urgency.

A site inspection has been carried out, the footpath is clear and accessible. No obstructing vegetation was found at the time of inspection.

This pathway has not been cleared! It is still unpassable as it is now severely overgrown to the extent that it is impassable. Are you certain that the path you checked is the same one that I am reporting?To access this path you need to cross the football pitch in Stanion and then cross the field below the pitch before crossing the river at that point. You will then clearly see the right of way marked on the map by a dotted line, has been dramatically compromised.
