Branches of trees are overhanging the footpath and you have to walk on the verge to get around the problem.

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 4 minutes later. ref: 1746328.

Branches of trees and bushes have been allowed to overhang the footpath to below head height. These are a danger to the visually impaired. Have been like it for several months. Problem extends from corner of Hilldrop Road to the open space just before the school.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. The section of land from Hilldrop Road to Lichfield Drive is the responsibility of northampton borough council. Please contact streetcare@northampton.gov.uk . A letter has been sent to tne relevant homeowner regarding the section of land from Lichfield Drive to the green. A revisit will be carried out 30 days after the receipt of the letter.
