Dangerous scaffolding and skip

Reported in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 22:23, Wednesday 28 August 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 2 minutes later. ref: 1747989.

At this address there is scaffolding taking up the whole pavement. There is a skip in the road, causing pedestrians to walk into the road to avoid it. There is no signage, no lighting and the scaffolding boards do not appear to be fixed in place so could easily fall and cause serious injury.
