Slippery road surface up most of the road into Brockhall, especially just after the bridleway turning.

This road is used by many horse riders, who are turning right off the bridleway and then heading into Brockhall village. This road has been slippy for at least 10 months. It nearly caused an injury to a horse on 31st August 2019. The horse completely lost its footing on the slippery road surface, doing a "bambi".
