Signal timing causing unnecessary delays

Reported in the Request Timing Review category anonymously at 09:22, Wed 4 September 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 4 minutes later. ref: 1755354.

Before these lights went wrong earlier this year, they worked very well with traffic flowing both ways with little 'dead' time. Since the whole system has been replaced the timing has gone to pot! There are long periods where there is no traffic crossing and when you do cross, there is inevitibley a queue on the other side waiting! Can the timings be reset to be the same as before please?
