2 Storm drains on north bound and 1 drain on southbound section of road blocked.
Reported in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 10:54, Fri 6 September 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 1 minute later. ref: 1758144.
Since the resurfacing of the A361 through Byfield the drains have been inoperative and appear blocked or have been put back in the wrong place?? Both drains on the northbound side of the high street opposite the Coop are blocked, as is the southbound drain on the opposite side of the road. Every time it rains the road floods on the corner and traffic has to cross onto the opposite carriageway

Another 24 hours and no progress, the likelihood of an incident persists and vehicles plough into the water or chose to drive on the opposite side of the road on a bend !

Because of the heavy rain on the 1st October heavy vehicles were causing waves of water to cross the opposite curb and flood into the COOP shop. Please resolve ASAP as 28 days coming up imminently from instructed works.
