Overgrown vegetation covering footpath

Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 18:08, Tuesday 10 September 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 2 minutes later. ref: 1763036.

11 Hopton Close. The plants in the front garden are completely covering the footpath so much so that you have to walk on the road. They are almost hanging/laying on the road now and have been like this for a considerable time. One of the plants is a Buddleia bush which has woody branches. The property is on the corner so it inhibits visibility both as a driver and a pedestrian. It’s dangerous.
