Damage to road surface, debris in road and pothole

There is damage and cracking to the surface which has caused debri in the road and potholes. The damage is in the road and on the footpath directly outside the entrance to The Patch, this is the only way in and out of this house and I am unable to get my baby’s buggy out currently.
