Overhanging bushes and trees with thorny branches. People having to walk on the road with people speed down
Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 15:36, Thu 26 September 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 4 minutes later. ref: 1782260.
Trees and bushes are overhanging the path down Halse Road (between the Poppyfields roundabout and Oak Road junction).
I see it was reported and supposedly a job raised over 2 weeks ago and still nothing has been done. The other day my wife had to step into the road with our 2 week old baby in the buggy, and me with our 2 dogs, because another lady with a buggy was coming the other direction and there wasn't room for us to pass whilst all on the path. Cars speed a bit down here too and people (especially with babies) shouldn't have to walk in the road because everything is over hanging. Also many of the overhanging vegetation is thorny and will take someones eye out before long.
