Large tree on west side of bridge has large remaining limb leaning over pavement/road.

Reported in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 17:42, Sun 29 September 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 3 minutes later. ref: 1785383.

This tree has already lost two large and heavy limbs that have split from the trunk in high winds in recent months, fortunately falling away from the highway. I feel the state of this tree should be professionally inspected as the situation appears potentially dangerous.
