Vegetation overhanging pavement

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 5 minutes later. ref: 1786369.
Vegetation is overhanging the pavement on both sides of the road at the bottom of Bramshill Avenue where it meets Malham Drive. Numbers 29 and 31 Bramshills avenue own this vegetation and boundary along the footpath although dispute this.
We have as community cleared this once already this year but has now grown back and pedestrians (inc kids walking to school) are having to walk in the road which is concern giving the nights are closing in is a concern.
Please can the council take action to enforce the clearance of this and ongoing maintenance.
