A letter and stile kit have been delivered to the relevant landowner with the request that the stile is replaced within the next 28 days. Further to our subsequent telephone conversation, I can confirm that this location was re-inspected on 29-10-19. The stile that has been installed by the landowner is acceptable to allow pedestrians to gain access on to the Public Footpath. The side-growth vegetation has also been removed to allow more room to use the stile. No further action required.
