I have been informed that an onsite risk assessment was completed by your team and no further action is to be taken. I would like to see a copy of this My report was based on the fact we only had white line put on a few yrars ago and paid NCC to do this. I am complaining as this line has faded and become patchy in such a short time versus my neighbours lines that have been in situ almost 20 yeats and are perfect. I want my line reinstated as i believe it should last longer than it has. Please address this as a complaint. I look forward to your response

Hi This was meant to have been dealt with by now. Email sent in oct 20189 to say this would be fixed within 6 months. It has been over a year now! We have only had covid since march and this should have been done before 1st lockdown Please provide an update asap Regards Mrs mead
