Thank you for Contacting Northamptonshire Highways. The pedestrian crossing on the Wellingborough road Eastbound heading towards Weston Favell centre is Part of the main traffic signal junction. As such there is no stop line or signal heads provided for the crossing as vehicles are stopped at the main signals in advance of the crossing on both Wellingborough Road and Abington Park Crescent. There is delay provided between the main traffic signals going red and the crossing going green to ensure vehicles clear the junction. We will arrange for an engineer to attend site and confirm that the signals are operating correctly.
