Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 5 minutes later. ref: 1789450.
It appears that a utility company has taken up the nice block paviours and slabs at various locations towards the top of Guildhall Road and put down tarmac. This looks awful. I can't understand how they have been allowed to do this when the work in Guildhall Road to improve the roads and footways was done at great expense to the tax payer. They need to be made to put back what they took out not bodge it with tarmac.
