Timing review for pedestrian crossing used by young people
Reported in the Request Timing Review category anonymously at 16:41, Fri 4 October 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 5 minutes later. ref: 1792956.
This pedestrian crossing is used by lots of young people just before school in the morning (say 8-9am) and after school (say 3-4pm). I feel it is dangerous too keep these young people waiting for a long time on their way to/from school and am wondering if it is possible to shorten the waiting time to discourage them from walking across the road in busy traffic. There doesn't appear to be a link to any traffic lights in the proximity. Thanks for your consideration, Christiaan de Haes
