Timing review for st george's avenue/barrack road junction

Reported in the Request Timing Review category by Christiaan de Haes at 16:51, Fri 4 October 2019

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council 4 minutes later. ref: 1792969.

When turning out of or into St George's Avenue, at the Barrack Road junction the wait is rather long. Especially when turning into St George's Avenue, you can clearly see that there is no traffic coming from the Kingsthorpe direction and you can stand there for a while wondering why on earth the lights aren't changing to let you through. Thanks for your consideration, Christiaan de Haes
