Two surface water drains full of soil and debris causing flooding WHEN it rains.
Reported in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 09:10, Sat 5 October 2019
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways 5 minutes later. ref: 1793337.
I reported this a week ago and your inspector must have visited at a time when it wasn't raining, hence his comments that no flooding was apparent. The surface water drains here are blocked solid with mud and debris which is obvious when viewed.
